MOVE OUT POLICY

Storage Unit move out days are between teh 1st and the 7th of the month. Any move out after the 7th of the month will be processed the following month. Return deposit checks will be mailed out between the 10th and the 15th of the month. There are no exceptions.

NOTICES

- Spring Lake Storage, LLC is not responsible for any lock malfunctions due to ice, water, workmanship or any other problems. Thank you!

- Fee's - Removal of lock, $20. Replacement of lock, $10. Unit cleaning fee, minimum $30.

- When paying on an account with a double lock, the double lock will be removed with 48 hours only!! Thank you!

- Free Rental Truck coupons must be presented at time of rental. Otherwise, you will be billed the normal daily price. No exceptions.

- Due to a shortage of Rental Trucks, we will no longer reserve free Rental Trucks. They are on a first come, first serve basis. No exceptions.
